Meet Kim
Kim Formon is one of those individuals you meet in life who has an extraordinary knack for engaging people she is a true ‘connector’. She has insatiable energy, she’s smart, business savvy has proven expertise, and has a huge smile.
Kim came to Real Estate from a successful 16-year career in finance. She worked as a market research analyst and a portfolio manager for both Charles Schwab and Delaware Investments, where she became an expert in understanding psychology and thinking strategically. She developed an acute attention to detail, a strong analytical mind, and an ability to negotiate like no other core skills that continue to differentiate her today in her Real Estate career.
Besides her love of numbers and her deep market knowledge, Kim was born and raised in the tri-state area and has lived in Rye for over 14 years so she is an expert on everything local! She has navigated two children, now in high school, through the Rye School system and has been actively involved at every level. Kim’s boundless energy is equally evident in her other local endeavors she’s an expert spin instructor and has been teaching classes at the YMCA for over five years. She’s also passionate about history and has been actively involved in the Rye Historical Society for almost 10 years, as well as being and is on the Vestry of Christ's Church as well as the Treasurer of the Chamber of Commerce.

Kim graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a B.B.A in Finance and received an MBA in Finance from Fordham University. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
